Champions Conference Winner is Bobrist Monday, May 10th , 2077 When it came to hitting the baseball, Zen Bobrist was in a class by himself in the Champions Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding second baseman for Detroit tagged opposing pitchers for a .565 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 homers, 5 runs scored and 10 RBIs. So far this year, Bobrist is batting .397 with 4 home runs and 26 RBIs. |
