Indianapolis Starter Named Champions's Best Pitcher Tuesday, July 1st , 2070 The Champions Conference announced today that Calm Chicken has been chosen the league's Pitcher of the Month. The Indianapolis starter had everything working for him last month as he glided to a 5-1 record. In June Chicken chalked up a 2.02 ERA in 40 innings with 35 strikeouts and 12 walks. This season-to-date, Chicken has fashioned a 6-4 mark and 4.46 ERA in 76.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .275 against him and he has logged 73 strikeouts. |
