Hunter Heads the Rookie Class Tuesday, July 1st , 2070 Chase Hunter's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Nashville first baseman has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In June he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .351 with 5 doubles, no triples and 3 home runs. Hunter also scored 16 times and drove in 15 runs. This season Hunter is batting .289 with 55 hits, 7 home runs, 38 RBIs, 17 walks, .349 OBP and has scored 33 runs. He has played in 54 games. |
