Vandals Beans Stops Sloths Monday, July 21st , 2070 Andy Beans scattered 1 hit over 9 innings, going the distance in the 4-0 Vancouver Vandals victory over the San Antonio Sloths at The Treehouse. The 27-year-old Beans whiffed 6 and allowed no walks in the game. "Not perfect today, but I'll definitely take it," Beans said later. "I made a couple mistakes but thankfully they didn't get all of them and the guys behind me cleaned things up." This year Beans has compiled a 6-6 record with a 5.72 ERA.
