Great Month Gets Legends Top Rookie Trophy Friday, August 1st , 2070 Austen Webb is still a bit shy, but then, who could blame the newest Legends Conference Rookie of the Month honoree? He hasn't been around the league long enough to fully know the ropes yet, despite the fact that he's putting up veteran-like numbers. In July the Toronto hitter tagged opposing pitching for a .347 average with 26 hits, 6 home runs and 15 RBIs. This season Webb has hit at a .310 clip and produced 37 runs batted in, 10 home runs and 39 runs. |
