Seattle Hopeless Against Bernard Monday, June 8th , 2071 Maurice Bernard of the Indianapolis Apex toyed with the Seattle Sea Serpents today, blanking them 3-0 at The Aquadome. He was almost untouchable, baffling them on a 3-hit shutout with 8 strikeouts and 1 walk. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Bernard said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." Up to now Bernard has compiled an ERA of 3.88 with a 3-2 mark over 10 starts.
