Garbanzo Picked Legends Player of the Week Monday, June 22nd , 2071 A battle-tested Xorge Garbanzo declared war on opposing pitchers last week, attacking the ball like the well-schooled veteran he is. Today the 33-year-old Outer Banks designated hitter collected the Legends Conference Player of the Week Award. He wrapped up the week with a .423 average, 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 6 runs scored.
