Outer Banks picked up a win at The Island, bumping off the Nashville Stars, 11-6. Pitcher Sniper King was a major reason the Aviators emerged victorious. The triumph puts Outer Banks at 50-44 for the season.

Speedy McFly Jr., who is tied for 9th in the Legends in home runs with 18, took Nashville hurler Warren Peace deep in the bottom of the second. His 3-run home run put the Aviators on top, 3-0. In all, McFly Jr. had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
