San Antonio Breaks Through for First Win in Divisional Series; Now Trails 2-1
The San Antonio Sloths got a strong game from starter Leonidas Longpipe, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.

The Sloths took the 4-3 win over the Buffalo Surge in Game 3 of the Divisional Series in a 12th inning walk-off today. The win capped off a fine outing for the left-handed Longpipe. Longpipe threw 5.0 innings of 3-hit ball in the win, which allowed the Sloths to narrow their deficit to 1-2 in the best-of-5 series.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the 12th. With San Antonio trailing 3-2, A Starting Pitcher hit a curveball from Minerva Madson to right for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Sloths had a walk-off win.

"It was terrific getting this win," Longpipe said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Treehouse in Providence.
