Road Win Lifts Nashville to 3-2 Lead in WS
In a pivotal Game 5, the Nashville Stars were hoping for a big game from starter Ultimo Kahn. They got one.

The left-hander shut out the New York Voyagers, proving to be the difference-maker as he led his club to a 2-0 victory. The Stars took the 2-0 win over the New York Voyagers to seize a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Kahn, the Nashville left-hander, went 6.1 innings, allowing no runs on 3 hits. He collected 7 strikeouts.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Kahn told the Nashville Daily News.

Game 6 is scheduled for Friday at Gibson Soundstage in Providence.
