The Buffalo Surge downed the Outer Banks Aviators, 8-5, at The Island. Hana Streamsong led the way, going 3-for-5 for Buffalo. The Surge now have a record of 16-25 with the win over Outer Banks.

A key moment came with two out in the top of the second. That's when Streamsong hit a sinker from Wombat Jones for a run-scoring single, putting Buffalo up, 1-0.

"It was a good night for them and a bad night for us," said Outer Banks manager .
