Scorpions Plainview Smacks 5 Hits Friday, July 25th , 2070 The Death Valley Scorpions tripped up the Indianapolis Apex 11-5 today. The Scorpions were led by Daniel Plainview, their 28-year-old catcher. Plainview made life miserable for Indianapolis pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. Daniel Plainview doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit a three-run double in the 7th.
